TERMS OF SERVICE

+ I will not start your commission until I receive full payment.
+ For big commissions, half payment must be done upfront and is non-refundable.
+ Payment via PayPal for USD.
+ The price listed here is the base price, and depending on the complexity of your character, the price is subject to change.
+ Payment is done upfront OR after the sketch was accepted.
+ You can't change the pose, character design, or weapons.
+ I only do 3 major or minor revisions, additional fees will apply if more than 3 revisions is requested.
+ I have the right to post and use the final art on any social media. This includes using your commission as my banner or profile/avatar picture and for showcasing.
+ Private commissions have a fee.
+ Do not claim the artwork as yours.
+ For personal commissions you're not able to use it for commercial purposes (Youtube videos, Twitch assets or Stream, etc.).
+ Reposting/Using/Editing is strictly prohibited unless you're the commissioner.
+ Warning that when you had ordered the commission, there will be no way to cancel it UNLESS there’re any reason that I can't complete your commission.
+ If you don't read my T.O.S, if you break any rule, you'll be permanently blacklisted.

1. How long will it take?
Average completion time:
・ Chibi will be 5-11 days for 1 chibi.
・ Normal will be 5-18 days for 1 painting (it still depends on the complexity of the character and your requirements).2. The time when you will get order:
・ I'm not so sure. Sometimes I'm having a lot of time, sometimes I'm very busy. But don't worry, I would love to finish as soon as possible to get compliments from my clients. Because of that, I work very hard to finish the commission as soon as possible to achieve the target.3. Commercial use
I. What is Commercial use of an illustration?・ Commercial use of an image would be reproducing it in any manner that is primarily intended for or directed toward commercial advantage.
(For Vtubers, Streamers, I don't charge commercial fees when you only use them for your broadcasts.)・ Commercial activities would be; merchandise production, images used in films and on TV, in publications that are sold, and online or offline advertisements and commercial promotions. Using images on or in anything that is created with the intention of making a profit would be considered commercial use.II. Commercial use right.・ With commercial rights you are allowed to make any sort of merch with the artwork.
・ Use it in books, covers, as Props, change it to your liking and promote your own brand with.
・ Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.
・ You are always free to locate and contact a rights holder to ask for permission to use an image for commercial purposes.4. Private Commission
・ When you request a private commission, it means that I will not post my paintings of your commission on any social media platform to keep the secret of the painting.
・ However you still have to mention I am the author of the picture when you use it.
